"This property has it all! Upon booking, communication with the host was wonderful. David had lots of suggestions of things to do and see in the area. Check-in was a breeze! "The location of this property was great for us. It was a quick walk to downtown and the marina where our boat was in a slip. The house had everything we needed, as far as dishes, towels, etc. We felt like it could have been cleaner. An example is the ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of dust on them, so I would say it needs a deep clean more often. "If you enjoy nature and privacy, this cabin is perfect. It is true to its description. The cabin backs up right to the Platte river and a large deck to go along with it. Plenty of chairs, outdoor table...The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook and the location is close enough to restaurants if you prefer eating out. Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Suttons Bay, Traverse city, Glen Arbor....all within easy driving distance. I would highly recommend it. Enjoy!!"

"Very comfy beds, kitchen very well equipped, nice lake with long pier, kayaks, awesome view from the home! We had a wonderful family time. As mentioned in other reviews the stairs to the second floor are not for young kids, elderly or handicapped but everything needed is on the first floor. Our adult children had no problem with the stairs. Thanks! (Also the property manager was so nice!)"
