"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. "Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. "The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."
