The pools are beautiful, and the beach area is very comfortable. The service there was also excellent; Julio, always cheerful and available, Edward, discreet and competent, and Glen, who truly went out of his way to assist us in EVERYTHING. The cuisine is varied and delicious, with a highlight being the seafood. Yazmin, the Food & Drink manager, made perfect adaptations to our style of enjoying the beach with snacks and drinks. An exceptional professional. Thank you! In the restaurants, the service from Alan, Luiz, Miguelina, and Esmilsi was impeccable, with special mention to Miguel, always smiling and present everywhere. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, as is the beach, but what truly made the stay special was the attention from the entire team, including Emanuelle, with her contagious smile. Even those not mentioned showed genuine willingness to provide a great experience. As an area for improvement, the all-inclusive system could be refined; outside of the defined hours, drinks and meals were slow to arrive or unavailable."
