It features spacious social areas, a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, garden fire pit, and a living room with a fireplace that invites relaxation. Large windows offer plenty of natural light and scenic views all day long.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Oasis, including the private pool, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor fire pit, and free private parking. Guests also enjoy access to all shared spaces within the gated community and its direct beach access.



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, with 24/7 security, direct beach access, and several shared amenities including lagoons, a clubhouse, sports courts, and a children’s play area. The natural surroundings create a peaceful and safe atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.



Getting Around:

The community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima and near destinations like Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. Shopping centers, banks, and supermarkets are just a short drive away.



Interaction with Guests:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
