Enjoy fantastic sunsets at this beautiful Door County Waterfront home!

Welcome to the Villa-a fantastic completely renovated waterfront cottage south of Egg Harbor. Your family will enjoy the privacy of 2 acres of Bay Shore woods with 165 ft of shoreline. The Villa is just minutes from multiple golf courses, shops and restaurants, Egg Harbor Town Beach and Frank Murphy park and boat launch.

You'll find it difficult to leave the cottage as the setting offers you captivating waterfront vistas of Green Bay, endless hours of beach activities and magnificent sunsets.

There's a screened in porch facing the water with a deck that has a dining table that seats 8. A limestone walkway leads you to a large 2nd deck on the shoreline where there are comfy Adirondack chairs. Two waterside fire pits, a large hammock, a new Weber grill and a terrific outdoor shower offer you a complete vacation getaway!

This 1900 square foot home was fully renovated in 2015. Step inside the cottage and walk into the great room with vaulted white washed ceilings, stained ash floors, a gas fireplace. large screen TV and huge sliding doors offering panoramic views of the water.

The open floor plan hosts a brand new well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a black walnut island that seats 8 and measures 120" x 48" .

The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 twin beds. They share a bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower.

There is a separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer. You might also like to hang your clothes on our outside clothes line which face the water.

The cottage has its own private beach with yet another deck for swimming, sunbathing and sunsets.

The Villa will wash away stress and leave you with a new found love of Door County.

The property was gorgeous! The house was tastefully decorated with everything you'd need. The screen porch was a delight! Fires by the water at night with the stars above were breathtaking! Barb was a wonderful host and handled our one little incident immediately. I'd go again in a heartbeat!

We decided we would return! It was so peaceful and private. Morning coffee in our pj’s and an evening bonfire with beers down by the water’s edge. Beautiful water views while lounging on the comfy couches indoors. It was the perfect size for 2 adult couples complete with all the comforts of home - except for the size of the beds. ( 6’3” husbands) however; not enough to keep us away. Owner is very responsive and cottage was clean and inviting upon our arrival. Don’t hesitate or think there is something better. BOOK IT!

Beautiful home and location! The views of the water and sunsets were spectacular! We have stayed in many homes in Door County over the years and this was by far our favorite. Our favorite feature besides the deck by the water was the screened in porch, such a nice amenity! We definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thanks for the beautiful stay!!

Girls weekend

Very clean, quiet and adorable place located right on the water. This is my first time to Door County so I was not quite sure which area to stay in. The rental is listed at Egg Harbor but the gps and maps are listed as Sturgeon Bay. I believe its the very south end of Egg Harbor…which is further from all the main towns than I had expected. We did a lot of driving. Everything is about 15- 20 minutes away. Definitely a nice peaceful place if that’s the vibe you are looking for. We were there for a girls weekend, and next time we’ll try to find something that is actually in Egg Harbor or Fish Creek.

Wonderful fall weekend!

My husband, sister and brother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The view was spectacular because of all the windows and the living/kitchen area was perfectly designed, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location was very private and quiet which made for an especially nice time. We look forward to another weekend at the Villa!

Spectacular Sunsets in Superior Setting

This beautiful home enchanted us from the moment we arrived. The spacious rooms and screen porch offered many spots in which to relax and visit, that is if you could take your eyes off of the incredible lake view anand the surrounding property area.

Awesome place to stay on the water

We just returned from a long weekend trip to Door County Wi. We couldn't have found a better place for us to stay! This place is exactly as described, only better, there is no way to describe how peaceful it is to hear the waves softly running against the shore while looking at the stars on a moonless night. This place has it all, peace, quite, not too far from town, and it's fully equipped. We found the peninsula kind of crowded during the weekend, and to be honest, we found the food not to be near as good as we remembered, COVID has done a lot of damage, everywhere. This place had all we would have needed to prepare much better meals than most of what we got going out, and we wouldn't have had to leave this beautiful setting to boot. Barbara, the host was very easy to communicate with, the place is gorgeous, we just can't say enough good things about it. We feel very fortunate to have been able to share this wonderful place, should you decide to do the same, we don't believe you would ever be disappointed!

The sunsets were beautiful over the bay! The house was well stocked with cooking utensils and spices. The most we have had in our VRBO stays. The house was clean and very comfortable . Barbara was easy to work with and helpful! We loved our stay! Thanks so much!

Sisters getaway

We (five sisters) spent two wonderful days and nights at Villa Royer. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the five of us. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. The views of Lake Michigan from the living room and screen porch were amazing and the sunset over the lake on our first night was simply stunning. We woke the next morning to a full moon shining over the lake. Communication with Barbara was easy and quick. The location was perfect, quiet and private yet a short drive from shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Villa Royer and are already planning a return visit.

Girls Trip

Love staying at the villa. This was my 3rd time here and it did not disappoint! Loved watching the sunsets, grilling out & s’mores by the fire. Lots of memories were made! Barbara was great host!! Definitely be back!

Beautiful fall getaway
