Pet Policy:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Loft! We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must remain leashed while outdoors and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

Pet Fee & Booking Instructions:
A $75 pet fee per stay applies only to bookings where guests have selected ā€œTraveling with Petsā€ during their initial search.

If this option is not selected during the search and you plan to bring dogs, the fee may be added manually after booking. Please ensure youā€™ve marked this correctly when booking to avoid issues.

Property Details:
The Loft is located on the second floor of a mixed-use building with two retail spaces below. Youā€™ll enjoy a private entrance from the ground level and a quiet, elevated retreat above the vibrant heart of Egg Harbor.

Guests have one designated parking spot directly in front of the building. Additional free parking is available anywhere in the private lot ā€” except in front of Drink Wisconsinbly (our retail tenant). More public parking is also available along Highway 42.

Just like the photos. Beautiful space with all the amenities of home. We had so much fun. Walking distance to many places. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was a little winter getaway for my sister, myself and our husbands. This was the perfect location for us to explore door county. We enjoy coming in the winter, as the crowds are less and we can explore some "off the beaten" path places. We loved having our own rooms and bathrooms. As it was the coldest weekend in WI, the heated floor in the master bathroom and fireplace was a nice addition. We were out and about all day, the apartment was a nice landing spot for the evenings to relax, watch some football games and play some games. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely look you up if we decide to come up to Door County again!Awesome place and great hosts!!!

We spent 4 nights in this hidden, Egg Harbor gem. The amenities were great for our family of four. Parking was easy, but driving wasn't really necessary given how close we were to restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and the lake. The property was incredibly clean, and our hosts were very responsive.

My husband and I went for the weekend and the place was absolutely gorgeous! The area where we stayed was so close to area bars and we were able to have the trolley pick us up. Communication was awesome too. We needed to message them about something and the response was right away. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place to stay. My family (including dog) stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. The amenities are spacious especially for being so centrally located. Communication by the host was outstanding before and during our stay. We enjoyed walking around town or exploring the nature of Door County and then coming back to this amazingly comfortable home. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO property to a small family of 3/4 or a couple looking to enjoy all that DC has to offer. A few very (very, very) minor things to note 1) we have a small child and the hangers/storage didnā€™t allow for putting his clothes anywhere aside from keeping them in the suitcase. Not a big deal but something to be aware of when packing for children. 2) This awesome rental is dog friendly, which I found to be rare for the location right in town, so there will be dog hair around. No matter how well the cleaning crew does there will still be hair from other dogs. I am obviously fine with that as a person who brought their dog but something to mention if you rent a dog friendly place and donā€™t have a dog. All in all what a good stay we had. Thank you for hosting us!

The place was so clean, comfortable, and convenient for our group. We loved the easy location to a market, breweries, and restaurant. Being on highway 42 made it easy to visit the other towns of Door County as well! The showers were so spacious and equipped with toiletries which was appreciated. Juan and Michael had great communication. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

This is a great space above some retail on the main drag through Egg Harbor. Very clean with a large kitchen with lots of natural light throughout the unit. The back patio was fairly private and quiet-great for reading in the morning. There are decks close however so the quiet isn't guaranteed (loud talkers could appear). There is a park across the street on your way to the marina. Easy to walk for coffee and a very good brewery with lawn games 2 blocks down. Plenty of comfortable seating for a family of 5. All 3 of our boys (15, 12, 8) enjoyed staying here!

Place is great. Easy walk to food and drink of your choice, great little park across the street ti head to for a sunset viewing. The condo itself was perfect for us. Spacious living room and kitchen areaā€¦bedrooms worked well for usā€¦bathrooms were perfect as well. Highly recommended place to stay. We were even kindly offered an opportunity to check in a bit early. It was a fun stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice place, just across of the Harbor View Park and Lake. The host was great at staying in communication, quick to respond to messages and check in. The property was exactly as described, modern/contemporary style. The kitchen has everything needed, grocery store within a short walking distance in case you don't want to spend too much eating out every day or have culinary restrictions. The bay window/nook in the master bedroom is wonderful and very comfortable. I tried to read twice but it was impossible, every time I just fall asleep after few pages- my favorite place. For sure we will be back in the future.
