"Walked in room was very clean, nice fridge, microwave and TV’s staff very friendly bed very comfy and had a wonderful bath! Also outside there is a cute little pond with lots of Florida wildlife we seen a snake a gator and turtles! So fun and cool! Beach is right up the street and an ice cream hot dog shop next door great place to stay if you have kids!"

The staff was great though. The first room we were assigned had a clogged bathroom sink so they moved us to a new room."

"The hotel is very well located (walking distance from the main historic street), clean and comfortable (large bathroom and really cozy room). Breakfast was very good in quality and quantitity. Loved the complimentary bike and backpack, which I used everyday and thoroughly enjoyed. They offer cheese and wine in the afternoon and all day service of cookies and lemonade, which is a nice touch. "Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating."

"Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back."
