House Rules

Confirmation of your reservation is considered that you agreed and accepted all house rules.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP. Feel free to contact us using VRBO. You can call our phone for emergencies.

1. Booking only for named individuals and ID proof is required. Nightly price is dependent on the higher of the actual number of guests checking-in AND the number of guests updated in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.

2. Tampering with any health and safety monitoring equipment will lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children and following house rules.

4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. Substantial, additional charges will be adjudged.

5. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote, online work is fine.

6. Self-check-in while respecting neighbors' peace. Residential noise is not permitted from 10pm to 7am, 7 days a week.

7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a substantial, additional charge.

8. Only personal vehicles can be parked.

9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.

10. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.

11. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.

12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.

13. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage.

14. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.

15. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.

16. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur half a day surcharge till noon and past 12 PM will incur a full day charge. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this impacts the next reservation.

17. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.

18. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.

19. Up to 2 pets can be added at the time of the booking which will add the pet fee to the total price. Only then are the pet(s) authorized to stay. Dogs or cats must be less than 30 pounds. Pet fee is set for a single pet and will be double for two pets. If a pet is at the house after not having been pre-informed before check-in, a higher penalty per pet will be adjudged.

Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests AND the number of guests in the reservation within the cancellation window. Very nice place!

Some of the most comfortable beds we’ve had at a stay, and above and beyond support for this last minute booking as we had emergency plumbing ongoing at home. Very easeful and comfortable stay. Thank you again!
