The bedroom features a plush queen bed with quality linens. The bathroom is well appointed with essential amenities. The living room is a welcoming space with a smart television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the dining area seats three. A dedicated desk space is also available for a productive stay.

● There is one flight of stairs you have to go down to get to the property.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.

∗Please note the property is fitted with a noise-detection device.

*If you need a travel cot or sofa bed linens, please let us know in advance or add this to your reservation from your dedicated boarding pass for an additional fee. The sofa bed linen fee is approximately 30GBP.

*The flat has an Energy Performance Certificate with a C rating, ensuring good energy efficiency.
