"The room was…interesting..the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, there was random hairs on the bed and random stains on the mattress god knows what those stains were, the pool towel were gross, the only thing that was good really was the staff, but book elsewhere "

"Breakfast was fresh but was not appetizing. Near shopping. A lot of amenities did not work. The pool is open seasonal which was my whole point in booking. They need better breakfast, open pool year round, and get the tvs fixed couldn’t watch it at all during my stay "

"We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into."
