At 1,625 metres above sea level, you can enjoy an idyllic and cosy summer or winter holiday in the Feuerkogel ski and hiking area. The charming hut village is surrounded by a breathtaking mountain panorama and guarantees unforgettable holiday experiences. A perfect place for summer and winter activities of all kinds. Of course, you can also find peace and relaxation here above the Traunsee region. The Feuerkogel hiking region offers over 50 kilometres of breathtaking hiking trails. Experience the sunrise from the Alberfeldkogel (one-hour hike) or enjoy a circular hike into the Edeltal valley. On your return, a fully equipped hut with its own sauna is at your disposal. It can only be reached by cable car or on foot (approx. 3-hour hike). The huts in Salzburg on the Feuerkogel can also be booked independently of the operating times of the gondola lift (closing times annually April-May and November-mid-December). Gondola tickets must be purchased on site at standard rates. Luggage transport is available in summer and winter.
