This two bedroom Lake Sinclair waterfront home accommodates up to four guests and is positioned on a large private fenced point lot with panoramic lake views and direct water access. A private boat ramp and two large docks allow easy launching, swimming, fishing and full lake days right from the property.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed with deck access overlooking the water, while the second bedroom features a bunk setup with a full bed and twin bed suited for additional guests. Outdoor living is designed for time at the lake, including a back deck with propane grill, comfortable seating and a private pavilion with fire pit located near the water. Paddleboard, kayak, pool float, bucket golf, and corn hole are provided for guests to enjoy throughout the stay. Inside the updated kitchen includes a coffee bar and additional drink fridge, while the living room offers lake views, relaxed seating, and an Xbox for indoor entertainment. Located directly on Lake Sinclair, the property provides private space, multiple dock areas, and convenient access to boating and lake recreation while maintaining a quiet waterfront setting.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
