There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a peaceful porch perfect for morning coffee and a fire pit for unwinding in the evenings. Being so close to the Lake Sinclair boat launch made it easy to get outside after work, and we enjoyed the quite place on our days off. Reliable WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen were big bonuses. Highly recommend for anyone working in the area — far better than a hotel!""

"The house is very clean and a decent location for fisherman. Had issues with door code and it took a hour to reach host. Cannot pull boats down drive. You do have to back down and wasn’t a big deal. Room for 3 boats. Price point was excellent and I would stay here again "
