Spacious, deep-water lake home on Lake Sinclair, great for multi-family getaways. Put your boat in just a few miles away at Twin Bridges Landing & dock it at the boat house. Ample outdoor space with a well-equipped covered porch and large patio. Grill out while enjoying lake views and watching the big game. The large master with en-suite and private entrance to the backyard/lake sits on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, where the lake pours into the space, also sits on the lower level.

Upstairs, 2 king bedrooms are at the front of the house, 2 queen bedrooms face the lake, and a bunk room is stationed between for easy access to the kids. There are 2 full baths upstairs and 2 full baths downstairs.

The house is situated perfectly between Eatonton and Milledgeville city-centers, allowing for twice the access to amenities and entertainment. Schedule your Kroger delivery ahead of time and we’ll be happy to stock your items for your arrival.


With 2400 square feet of indoor living space, multi-level patios, and a separate swim dock, this house is a relaxation dream. There is plenty of room in each lake view room for travel cribs or blow-up mattresses, if you want to have small ones close by. An inflatable mattress can be found in the bunk room closet.

Amenities include four TVs, excellent wifi, a variety of streaming choices, board and card games (in the sideboard), kayaks, outdoor games, floats, and more.

And the outdoor space! You can choose from the full-length patio, covered porch/grilling/tv area, yard space, water-front benches, or the swim dock. 10’+ of water depth allows jumping off the dock, but you can also walk into the water with the staircase. Be careful because the stairs can be slippery! Yard games, floats, and water toys are conveniently located in the carport closet for easy access. A full-size ping-pong table and supplies can be found under the carport. Three kayaks are available and located in the boathouse.

Experienced boaters may inquire about including our jet skis in their weekly rental.
