"Property was in a great location, perfect for families. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was how incredibly loud the water features are in the pool so if you have sensory sensitive kids, keep that in mind. "

"Bom hotel, bem localizado. Atendentes gentis. Tivemos problema com o quarto na chegada (não estava arrumado e era mais de 18 h) Pelo transtorno nos deram um upgrade. Bons produtos no banheiro, toalhas macias, roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Em cada andar tem um quadro diferente em 3D, e vários retratos e pôsteres relativos a Portland. Um pouco antigo precisando de alguns reparos e troca de carpete. Muito próximo da Powell’s e de outros pontos de nosso interesse. Valeu a pena pela localização...

"There were some issues with the room. The microwave and dishwasher would not start. Also, the garbage disposal would not turn on. The range hood was greasy (had not been cleaned for a while). Otherwise, the room was clean."

"Staff were very friendly & accommodating! I paid for the parking option & it was so worth it - valet took care of my luggage & I was able to come & go through texting request for my vehicle. The lobby restaurant dinner options were healthy and perfect so I did not have to find a restaurant somewhere else. Happy, but not noisy, in a very warm environment!"
