"This was a waste of money. To begin with, the listing said beach access, so I spent more than I intended, thinking I could easily walk to water. There is NO beach access near this house. It was blatant false advertising, and the photos on the site were angled to look like a beach was nearby. There is no beach! I have some mobility issues and instead of a short walk, I ended up on town beaches where I had to walk a lot. This lie ruined my vacation.Also, there is a significant safety issue. ...

"The apartment was beautiful. From decor to the wood finishes. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable beds. The hot tub was beautiful outside when the tub lights were on and it was snowing. Great experience. Will be back with the kids in the summer to enjoy all the amenities. "

"Overall this was a good vacation rental.Please be aware! The heat is not whole-house, only the main living room and kitchen is heated via one heat vent in the corner. No bedrooms or bathroom are heated. While this is ideally a non-issue during the summer season, this rental is not good for year-round activities. Luckily the door to living room closed which helped keep us warm on the cold nights, but it was still cold as we slept in the living room each night. The heat was the only negative...

"We stayed here two nights while exploring cape cod on a family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly. The cookies and dog bones were a nice surprise when we arrived. Arrival and departure Instructions were clear and communication with Tara was excellent. Tara provided a lot of information about the area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and getting in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tara! "
