"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"Wasn't the best experience. Missing lots of essentials in the apartment. No chairs at the bar, only 2 towels for a 5 day stay. They had a Kuerig, but zero coffee. A dishwasher with zero soap. Wouldn't stay there again."

"Everything was great! I particularly loved the large lit sign showing the house number when we arrived after dark. It made it easy to locate the house once we were close. I liked the breakfast food that was available because we arrived late by plane and did not have time to buy groceries. One of our group wore clean white socks inside the house and said the floors were dirty because the bottom of her socks became dirty. That person also did not like the scent of the bedding. "I’ve stayed here a couple times and each time a different apartment and have enjoyed my stay every time. I like the neighborhood and the convenience of having a little gas station right around the corner. I like the building, it’s unique. It’s not expensive and it’s comfortable. Noah is a great host and responds very quick."

"This was a perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation! Spacious living room, very cute decor and good location. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance plus it is across the street from Cabela’s! The guys loved that! We did have issues communicating with the property manager when we got to Grand Forks, however, they made it right with us! We would stay there again!"
