"I booked this B&B near the sea front for my elderly parents. They were given a fabulously spacious room, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. The breakfasts were very good and My father said it was one of the best hotel rooms he had ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful in all my dealings with them. My parents returned home having had a really lovely 3 days in Eastbourne. As I lived nearby I visited them at the hotel and was very happy with everything about it - especially the...

"Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience."

"We were utterly charmed by the setting and staff. The food was wonderful with such local flavors. Highly recommend! Perfect."

"Clean and comfortable room for a short stay. Adequate breakfast. Good location in terms of walking down to the seafront. Would note for travellers with accessibility issues the hotel is at the top of a very steep road so may not be suitable for mobility aid users."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel and Spa in Brighton. Staff were very polite and attentive. Location was very good and I fortunately found easy parking in front of the hotel for a reasonable price too."
