"This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?"

"It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend."

"Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. "

The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits.
