"The waterfront view and peaceful front deck and yard was great! The early mornings and evenings on the Adirondack chairs were the highlights of the cottage - watching the water fowls and ospreys roaming the sky. Tucked away enough to not hear the road noise. The loft is for nimble folks, bunk beds are great for little kids but a bit small for teens. Grilling was easy with all the tools needed. The IKEA induction stove kept the cottage from heating up during meal times. Outdoor shower was nice....

"This property is a charming one bedroom cottage nestled in a seaside enclave. The outdoor shower is the best I’ve experienced and add a bonus of outdoor toilet adjacent to but not in shower. Kellie supplied us with guest passes to lovely small town beach as well as bicycles and kayaks. There are many areas to explore on the property including an outdoor table tennis set up, fire pits, hammock and multiple outdoor dining options. Bring your binoculars to watch the osprey catch their dinners!"

"Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable"

"We enjoyed our stay at 3 Flying Cloud. It was bright and clean. The one thing we felt was missing was ample closet space and drawer space. Pack accordingly! You will enjoy your time in this delightful condo."

"We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!"

"Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!"

"We had a wonderful week at this home! Being on the water, watching the sunrise each morning along with all the boats throughout the day was our favorite part. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and ms. pac man game in the basement and we enjoyed many laughs and family fun down there. Communication from the host was great. The beach access is a short walk at the end of the street. We enjoyed combing the beach for shells and rocks...

"Wonderful stay. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen and situated on a gorgeous pondWe had lots of room to spread out in this two story house and the hosts were gracious and accomodating with their loan of fishing rods for my son. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house and location!"

"The check in was simple, with a code for the lockbox. The cottage was clean and had all we needed. It was great to have newer appliances, such as washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water pressure was great. We were just a few steps back from the beach, and the sunsets and sun rises were incredible. The minor negatives were a loud a/c (although we were relieved to have that this week!), and a mattress that was a little soft for this old body. All in all, we loved it and hope to return next year!! "

"This cottage is well cared for and a nice base for my activities kayaking and biking in the area. It's convenient for dog walking out the door or closeby to other dog walking properties. It's a dog firendly neighborhood. Carly and Matthew are attentive and considerate hosts."
