"This is a wonderful property. It’s an older home but very clean and cozy with plenty of space to cook and entertain family. We loved the big dining room table and the comfortable beds. Thank you!"

The house next door had partially collapsed and the half of the street that the property was on was rather run down. "Very responsive host, when we had questions. Property was perfect for our needs. A stellar rehab job with great attention to detail and decor. You get 4 roomy bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. Kitchen was expansive and excellently appointed. Bathrooms were nicely done. They appear to have dual furnaces, one for upstairs and one in basement ( where the two king suites are). They spared no expense to make this property comfortable and attractive. Because it was winter, we did not go to the backyard...

"Place was pretty dirty. Wall and ceiling patches everywhere. Still other guests trash under and around couch. The can opener didn’t work, the frig didn’t get cold, the freezer was very dirty. Not enough towels, received phone calls about noise whenever there were only adults there decorating and nothing going on. Carpet in bedroom was very dirty.
