"The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again."

"We enjoyed our 2-night trip to St Louis - first time visitors. Host was very helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Shower / bathroom not great. We parked our car in the street out front rather than in the lane at the back. Initial impression of the immediate area not great but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Overall enjoyed our short stay here and would be happy to book with this host again if we return to St Louis."

"Loved the location, able to walk to many of the Soulard areas! Bed were large and comfortable. The walls needs some touch ups with paint, but that doesn’t effect the visit quality at all! Communication was perfect! Host is so easy to reach and emails quickly for responses! Would stay again, especially with a larger group in Soulard!"

"Great location for what we needed. We were in town for my daughter surgery at STL Children's Hospital. We had easy access for everywhere we needed & wanted to go. The only cons that I had for this listing is the beds/matresses were very noisy and not very comfortable, the thermostat is on a timer to go back to a certain temperature making it hard to stay comfortable, we used the oven twice, to make frozen lasagna for dinner and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and the fire alarm upstairs kept going...

"We loved our stay here! The beds were so comfortable. The house was very clean, charming, and cozy. It also had all the modern amenities we needed. The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of five. We did get a noise complaint due to our younger kids (ages 4, 5, and 8) in the morning. It was hard to keep them quiet until 10am, so this home may be more suitable for adults and/or families with older children. The location was convenient to all the sites we wanted to see. "This is actually a 4.5 star review. Not just a 4. Love the location. Easy to get to my daughter’s campus at SLU just a short drive to Soulard, the Hill and to downtown. Loft was very clean and had every amenity that you would need. Internet based key system involved a bit of learning curve at first, but actually ended up liking it a lot!"

"Both my husband and myself loved the fenced in yard. It was so convenient for our dog. We found the bed in the primary very comfortable, ,(you have to like soft beds). The location was perfect for us, just 6 miles down Gravois to Afton, and hanging out in Soulard. Plus we just hopped on the interstate to go home to Wisconsin."
