"Great location right by the highway exit. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We drove from Cleveland Airport. Friendly staff! :) Keep up the good work! Mentor is a bigger city just 10 minutes away. Great options for restaurants and grocery stores. Too bad they didn't have a mini-fridge in the room. "Hotel reformado, bem localizado, cercado de restaurantes mas reina pela falta de opções para quem vai para Willoughby ou Mentor. Carece de um bom gerenciamento e de controle sobre a limpeza e manutenção. Tapetes dos corredores imundos. A equipe de limpeza faz o quarto na hora que eles podem ou querem. Se você não sair antes do meio dia arrisca de ficar com o quarto desarrumado. Ficamos dois dias seguidos sem limpeza. Já no primeiro dia encontramos a roupa de cama suja, já usada. Um absurdo....

"Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. "How clean it was"

"Basic, clean, comfortable, unremarkable hotel. It was a convenient place to stay about 15-20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The area near the hotel is okay, but a little close to the highway so there's road noise all night, which may vary based on room placement. Other room doors are very loud, so there's plenty of slamming noises too. Nothing within walking distance, as it's an industrial-type area, manageable with a car. We did not visit the on-site restaurant but it's an option. I should...
