"We booked this motel mainly because we have kids and they wanted to swim in the pool. The pool was not filled up and when we asked about it the staff said they didn't know when it would be filled up. Was a real bummer for my kids. Probably won't be back there or recommend"

"There were dirty towels and washcloths in the bathroom. None of the soaps etc had anything left in the bottles. Several of the dishes were dirty."

On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. We still kept on hoping for regular housekeeping to come and at least change the sheets. No one came. Finally on our last evening I asked a housekeeper again about changing the sheets and was...
