"Everything was exactly as it was listed. Check-in was a little confusing, as you don't park right at the property, there's a house between the parking lot & the property. And the code was a bit confusing - you have to push the "home" button, then your code ;) . Otherwise, everything was great -- very nice property. Easy walking distance to Cleveland Clinic - we found it easier to walk than it was to park in the parking garage."

"This apartment is fairly new. When things go wrong e.g., the fire alarm is extremely sensitive! It went off when I took broiled fish out of the oven! I texted the host and immediately received a suggestion for a work-around. When we encountered other challenges in the apartment, the office’s response was immediate and a solution was provided. The host’s responsiveness was exceptional."
