The Bedrooms are all generous size, and the Baths are spa-like retreats of marble and tile. The mid-level balcony stretches across the length of the house, and offers horizon views of Cape Cod Bay...catch the sea breezes while enjoying an afternoon catnap.

Recently renovated with new windows, roof and siding, and fresh paint inside and out, along with a stunning new third floor en-suite Master Bedroom with sliders to a private deck featuring ocean views; This 3rd level has A/C mini split. New for 2021- A/C added to 1st & 2nd floors. Access to East Sandwich public beach is across the street, over the dunes, and then a short walk along the shore to the public beach area.

*Please Note: This property is accessed via an unpaved road that, while generally accessible, may experience rare flooding during exceptionally high tides due to its proximity to the marsh. We recommend using a suitable vehicle and planning accordingly based on the tide
