"Pictures and description are spot on. Yes this is a small rental but it was perfect for our short getaway. Extremely clean and tidy, bed was comfy and kitchenette was spotless. View into blooming spring woods was gorgeous and plenty of birds to watch. Only improvements could be a full length mirror and salt and pepper shakers."

"Well maintained property. Clean with new appliances. Suitably stocked. Everything functioned as advertised. Convenient location, just steps from the Stowe downtown. The market across the parking lot was very convenient."

"Our second time staying at this property. Another great experience! The house is very well designed and accommodates our very large extended family, with plenty of rooms for sleeping and great open spaces to sit and talk. Wonderful views!The host is easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Planning to return to this property again."

"I grew up on a farm, so I knew what to expect. My family thought it was great! The apartment is actually in the barn, so every morning I was able to open the door and say good morning to the goats and ducks. Our apartment was awesome and very accommodating. We sat by the fire pit every night, loved up the goats, and waded in the creek, such a fun experience. You can also learn to milk a goat!Our hosts also offered classes. Goat milk soap making. Design and make your own full loaf (10 bars) of...

"Absolutely love this house and the location. Visited with my wife, dog and parents. Complete relaxation. Used the kayaks most days and fished from the canoe and row boat. Sadly no fish were caught but I'm sure they enjoyed the supply of fresh worms! I'd highly recommend."

"Absolutely gorgeous place in beautiful Calais. Elegant and homey with everything one might need. Woke up or went to bed to the sound of loons and owls and a had a bear sighting! Rejuvenating and wonderful stay- thank you!"

"Spent 2 nights here and had a wonderful time. It is well located and near everything while being quiet and set out in a rural range. Very spacious area upstairs and more than enough amenities in the kitchen. Would love to stay again during ski season! "

"We loved this property. Very clean. Very spacious. Amazing views from good size balcony. Host always responded promptly when I had questions. Very comfortable. Very pretty.A few minutes from town of Stowe which was so convenient. Kitchen appliances and dishes, etc. were clean and plentiful. Eating and Living area cozy, roomy and comfortable . My little dog loved it too. We hope to return. "

"The house was great. Sufficient parking, Quiet area. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, spices and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms also well stocked with toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Plenty of towels and bedding. Sheets were nice. Easy assessable instructions for hot tub, sauna, etc. Host, Mark, was very responsive to questions. Location was convenient to Stowe festivities. "

"Lovely, cozy condo! Very clean. We had everything we needed. Spacious covered patio/deck with pretty woods view, but we were in town for a special annual event and were in the condo only at night so didn’t get a chance to use it in the cold temperatures! The two main bedrooms are a little tight, but didn’t bother us at all, and the closet space with shelves helped make it work. Would definitely stay here again. The only disappointment was that the coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned since last...

"Just stayed 1 nigrh at obe their suites. Have some concerns about this hotel as they delivery much less than expect for a USD 500 night. The good: room is nice decorated and has quality. The restaurant is also very good (we had breakfast). The bad: the day before of our check in they sent us email requesting a pre check in "to complete" our reservation. Also a sms came through. Check in was cold and I didn't get any information on the hotel features. To get.to your roon you will have find yourself in a maze. Yes, is like a challenge to find the way to your roon. There is not much to do there, they promise activities, but actually its not their goal. Also the indoor pool was closed for roof repairs and nobody told us about it. Even so, I doubt we would use that, since is located on the other side of the road. We also tried their brewery for a dinner and nothing really special. The place is beautiful, but expect to pay almost USD 10 for a beer pint. I was really frustrated as could really enjoyed my staying there. "

"Hotel agradável e bem localizado mas as instalações deixam a desejar. Reservamos um quarto para 4 pessoas e o sofá cama oferecido era extremamente desconfortável. Era velho..as molas incomodavam pois a parte de espuma era muito fina. Falta também uma mesa mesmo que pequena para refeições rápidas. O café da manhã era muito fraco se é que dava pra dizer que tinha. Optamos por comprar as coisas no mercado e tomar no quarto mesmo. Foi aí que sentimos falta de um espaço mesmo que pequeno para comer. "
