"We found a cockroach in our room. Very noisy at night and police were even called in the morning we were leaving across the hall from us!!! Not sure what the issue was but I was traveling with two small children that were upset."

"Stay as far away as possible from this place. The rooms were very nice except for the fact there were NO incidental (like soap, shampoo) in the room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The biggest problem was the staff. My husband had booked 3 rooms and paid with credit card. Then they asked for a credit card for "incidentals", no charge, just a hold. All three rooms were charged for the entire room amount AFTER they had been paid. This staff had the audacity to tell us "they didn't make the...
