1. Omni Houston Hotel

Greater Uptown

"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. Grand Tuscany Hotel

8/10 Bom

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria

10/10 Excelente

The Chifley Houston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

8/10 Bom

"Another good stay at the Chifley! But this time it failed in a few ways. The hotel is new, rooms are great and spacious, the bathroom is roomy and with a walk-in shower (that I like very much and it’s rare in Houston). But this time the hotel was packed and services were slow or faulty. I stayed 7 days and (in the 2nd/ 3rd day) when asked for room services, did not get it. From the 4th day on I quit asking for it. Also, there was no more bottles of water when we approached the weekend. In any event and except for those flaws, I highly recommend the hotel!! Btw, the hotel could do some remodeling work at the gym, place a few more equipment as well. Thx"
