"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. They are spacious and comfortable, but everything...

"Another good stay at the Chifley! But this time it failed in a few ways. The hotel is new, rooms are great and spacious, the bathroom is roomy and with a walk-in shower (that I like very much and it’s rare in Houston). But this time the hotel was packed and services were slow or faulty. I stayed 7 days and (in the 2nd/ 3rd day) when asked for room services, did not get it. From the 4th day on I quit asking for it. Also, there was no more bottles of water when we approached the weekend. In any event and except for those flaws, I highly recommend the hotel!! Btw, the hotel could do some remodeling work at the gym, place a few more equipment as well. Thx"

"Excelente custo benefício. Localização privilegiada em downtown Houston. Próximo a vários bares e restaurantes de culinárias de várias países do mundo. Dá pra ir a pé. Café da manhã muito bem servido. Academia muito boa também! Recomendo."
