"Had an excellent stay this past Saturday with my partner (12/13/2025). I’ve stayed at this Crystal Inn a few times now, and every time has been fantastic. The front staff is always very helpful and offers free waters, the rooms themselves are clean and sleek, and the restroom itself is very nice. Having had good experiences time and time again, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Houston, especially on the Northwest side of town. "

"The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. "

Quarto espaçoso, bem iluminado e ótima programação na TV, mas para viagem em família, com muitas malas, o hotel não conta com elevador, ou pelo menos não me apresentaram e precisei subir as malas de escada. As cortinas da janela não isolavam muito bem, precisei colocar a poltrona e os travesseiros para ter mais privacidade. Fora isso, o custo x benefício era muito bom."

Was told not to set AC below 70 but ceiling fans made screeching noise. Area was pretty seedy. Left after one night of 3 booked. "
