"The hotel is starting to show sign of age. The biggest issue was the sagging mattress that needs to be replaced. On the flip side the entire staff was friendly and very responsive to our request which made us feel at home. The proximity to the Kal Centre Place was a plus as we were attending a week long hockey championship."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They dealt with any situation right away, and made us feel very comfortable during our six night stay. The only thing that would have been nice, would be to have had a different variety of breakfast options on different mornings, as it was the exact same breakfast choices every day."

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and we were on the ground floor where we could get out of our room through the sliding door. This was convenient because the parking was right in front of our room. The bathroom was a little thrown together like the soap was on the floor and the towels were on the floor but it was clean ."

"This hotel greatly exceeded expectations! The rooms were immaculately clean and decorated. Comfy bed, and huge tv! It felt like a 5 star hotel! The pool and hot tub were marvellous! We will definitely come back to stay again some day! Also it was a short walk to the casino which was nice."

"Purpose of our trip was to visit relatives in Vernon. The Tiny Anchor Loft suited our needs nicely. Basic necessities were provided, very nice decor, and the condo was very clean and well organized. Although we weren't there in summer, It's a great area for walking or jogging and the beach is close by. When we needed to reach the owner, we were able to get in touch with her without difficulty. "Unfortunatly this motel continues to decline. Rooms are very dated, furniture & fixtures old. However bed was comfortable. Has mini fridge & microwave. Most of the rooms are rented on a monthly basis on ground level so you will have to climb some stairs. Close to food/restaurants. fairly noisy area,bring ear plugs. Not the best part of town but priced accordingly.Lower grounds fenced off for the long term tenants with no access to pool,( which was empty anyways.)"
