"Simple, serene, absolutely wonderful. The house boat is absolutely what you sign up for and more and then the touches that the host does - the snacks, the chalkboard and THE FISH-LIGHT! "Amazing property! We stayed one night passing through from our northern adventure and it was the perfect place to rest and relax before getting back on the road. From the beautiful cabin, that is well organized, clean and tidy, to the air hockey table, which kept the kids occupied, and the huge fire pit outside. The property has character and is well maintained. My only regret is that we didn’t have more days to spend at the cabin! Will find a reason to stay again. Wonderful experience all...

"I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. "Absolutely perfect. We saw bald eagles, turtles, water snakes, fish jumping out of the water, birds catching their dinner, a comet and its’ following meteor shower, and so much more! The beach area is a slice of paradise. I never book the same vacation twice, but east Haddam showed my family so much beauty- both in nature and in people- and Ann’s perfectly outfitted home was exactly the escape from reality my soul needed. "

"Tivemos problemas já na chegada: nos deram um quarto para deficientes, apesar de não ser essa a reserva, obrigando a trocar de quarto. No outro o telefone não funcionava e não vier consertar apesar de solicitado. Pedimos 4 travesseiros e nos deram apenas dois alegando que não havia mais no hotel! Incrível. No quarto o blackout é ruim e deixa muito a desejar. O pior, foi valett, onde a espera nossa de todos os demais hóspedes foi de mais de uma hora, sem exagero. Tudo isso não condiz com uma diária de $488. Não é 5 estrelas!"
