"The TV did not work. The curtains were hanging half off the windows. The air-conditioning system turned on and turned off all night long. And I never felt so insecure in all my stays on Expedia. I would not recommend this to anyone including truck drivers."

"Nice spot to stay in Richmond considering the price. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and quiet with convenient parking right outside the door. I slept great and it wasn't far from my jobsite, can't complain!"

"Parking was fine they said they had hot tub or jets in the tub there were none the hotel needs serious repair needs. The sheets on the bed appeared to have not been changed, the shower head barely trickled water, the wallpaper was peeling of the walls at there seams, it was just not at all what the photos shown and was the worst I had ever seen."
