"We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! "

"This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. "Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. "

"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. "Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!"

"This is a gem of a house. It is at the end of a dead end street and right next to a nature preserve, so quiet is the key word. Everything from communication with owner to arrival and departure was flawless. There are lovely treats and touches that made our stay so special - snacks, candy, excellent AC and super comfortable beds. Location is perfect for exploring area. We hope to return. "
