The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation."

"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. "From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....
