"We asked for an accessible room and it was great! It was so way for my fiancé to get around the room, which we were really happy with. When I booked the trip, I asked for two extra pillows but was informed by the front desk I would have to come down later and pick them up myself. Also, for the price of the room, it would be nice to provide water and some snacks for the guests. We stayed at a Tru by Hilton and were welcomed with a bag of bottled water and popcorn. "The entire staff including the -front desk, dining, house keeping, and maintenance were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Our room was clean, the lobby was clean, and the site's facilities the gym, pool, dining area, were clean. The area was quiet. There were restaurants and shopping opportunities close by and the drive to the downtown area was approximately 20 minutes. The perks the breakfast options and dinner perk were awesome.
