"Yes, this home is every bit as cozy & comfy as described! Immediately felt its charm. Beautiful view of the water from the sliding glass doors. Pine Tree Inn for a meal is less than 5 min. away. Snowmobile access was just down the road 1/4 mi. For any ATT cell users, there is minimal to no signal, but if you stand just outside you can hop onto the WiFi. Well stocked with all necessities! "This was our second time at this property and both were fabulous. It's location is unparalleled and though it's not huge the two bedrooms are more than ample and the couch sleeping is comfortable. Well equipped kitchen easy walk to everywhere and overall a great stay thank you"

"The property management ADK was superior! The well ran dry ( within 4 days if the stay)!! We had to move camps 3 times, as it was July 4th holidays. Imagine a month worth of clothes and supplies moving 3 times! Without Susan and Mark Mayer; our trip would have been awful. Unfortunately, many days were wasted moving from camp to camp.
