"So convenient to access hospital. Hotel parking only a short walk to the hospital. Room was clean however beds were lumpy with rubber mattress protectors that were noisy every time you moved in bed. A/C malfunctioning and a staff member came up to fix. It started to cool down and then malfunctioned again. 24 degrees and wouldn’t cool down. "Never accept a room on the first floor. This is where they stick people they want to screw with. Loud, constantly banging external door, just beware. I will not spend another dime in that hotel (almost $300 per night) to have that crap. Go to Marriot instead and I spent probably 20 nights in this hotel until the staff decided to screw with me because I came in 20 minutes earlier than their 3 pm check-in."

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

We had the pleasure of being served by a young waiter named Mitch who provided exceptional service. "The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Key cards had to be reprogrammed right after first check-in. Also had to go back down the second day to have them reprogrammed again. Other than keycard issues it was a nice place to stay."

"The parking lot needs repair. The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not. The room was very clean. The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge."
