With one queen bed and a sofa sleeper this is perfect for a couple or a small family.

Enjoy a morning brew from the Keurig coffee machine and cozy up on the front deck in Adirondack chairs with views of the Animas Valley, while hearing the sound of the Durango-Silverton train in the distance.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances like a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making home-cooked meals simple. Unwind in the living room with mountain views, stream your favorite shows (with your own accounts), or cozy up on the sleeper sofa. A Pack 'n Play is available also available upon request.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby hiking in the San Juan mountains, skiing and snowboarding at Purgatory Mountain (10 minutes away by car), jeep adventures, and the Durango to Silverton narrow Gauge railroad. During ski season, you can schedule a shuttle directly from Tamarron to Purgatory Mountain to make your skiing and snowboarding very convenient. In the winter, a 4WD vehicle may be necessary for access due to winter conditions. Please note there are no elevators and the bedroom area is open (no door). Parking is available for two vehicles.

This is a tranquil environment with excellent views. No pets or smoking are allowed, and guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Whether you're exploring the outdoors or enjoying a quiet evening indoors, this condo offers comfort and convenience in a beautiful mountain setting.

Considerations:
*Please note that the staircase leading up to the condo is a spiral staircase as seen in the photos. Take this into consideration for your personal needs.
*This condo is about 550 square feet- perfectly cozy with great sunlight.
