"Great place and nice location up the hill outside of town. Hot tub heater was broken and A/C units could use improvement, but everything else was perfect. Communication was the best I have ever experienced. Durango is also pretty awesome!"

"The unit was clean with a nice floor plan with the loft area. The fixtures and furniture however is somewhat dated. Nothing unacceptable just in need of a bit of a face lift. The unit clearly has been well loved by families. Access and parking is not a problem and the location is perfect for trips into town. Interactions with the host was excellent and seamless through the app."

"Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests. Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. "Had a great stay! It was a perfect base for our ski trip. The condo was spotless and had enough room for our family. Communication with Jennifer was great, she answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, even with tips from her kids to ours. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after hitting the slopes as well. We will definitely be back!"
