Mesa Haven at Ferringway (#13) is our clean two-bed / 2 bath condo that is tastefully updated and in a perfect near-downtown Durango location. It is also close to hiking, golf, restaurants, the train, and the college.

Inside the one-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Included in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. A bedroom and bathroom are on each level. There is a washer and dryer are inside this condo. Outside the front entry to this home, is a private and covered balcony, with outdoor furniture to provide outdoor living space. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo.

* Bedroom #2 - Queen / twin bunk bed

NOTES:
This property has Air Conditioning - window units.
Washer/Dryer inside your condo.
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Ferringway DO NOT allow pets.

AMENITIES: The Ferringway Townhomes offers a shared hot tub and heated swimming pool for guest use. The pool deck has plenty of room for lounging, as well as multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space without having to leave the grounds.Ā  There is easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. THE POOL IS OPEN APPX MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND.

LOCATION: Ferringway is just a 5-minuts drive to historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Ā  Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains.Ā  Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West.Ā  Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College. Whether visiting Durango for skiing, summer Rocky Mountain adventures, attending a wedding, graduation at Fort Lewis College, riding the Durango Train or visiting Mesa Verde National Park, playing golf, hiking and mountain biking on local trails, this Durango townhome at Ferringway is a great place to stay!

Very clean condo was perfect for our family stay. Living room furniture was a little tired and unit is dated, but the cleanliness and well appointed accessories made our stay nice. Would recommend it for a functional and budget-friendly stay.

Was very nice and clean. The only thing was the people upstairs were very loud and vacuum at 10.30 at night heavily walking it was the only thing that was not good.

Great stay! Great location!

We loved staying at this property. Great location for us to visit our daughter going to school. However, lots of noise in the unit above us. Some type of party. Wasnā€™t out of control but definitely noisy. Other than that, property was perfect!

Great spot with everything we needed

Great property and location. The buildings in the complex are a bit older, but well maintained. This unit was very spacious and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make for a very convenient stay. Definitely met our expectations, weā€™ll be booking here again on our next trip to Durango.

Great place!

Loved the place! Exactly as it looked in the pictures, very nice. Comfy beds and super close to downtown Durango! Very convenient! Only problem was that we couldnā€™t find any of the ā€œpool towelsā€ but we ended up bringing our own anyways for the hot springs, so itā€™s really not enough to matter!

Cozy Condo in Durango

Perfect for our family. The location was central to downtown and the college. The condo had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The king size bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was great for kids. Our little loved all the books and the bunk bed. The host was very clear and helpful in their communications and reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Appointed

It is a great condo close to town but not so close that it is noisy. The common area around the pool and hot tub is clean and nice. Everything works and the management company even provides everything you need for the kitchen and bath. This was a nice touch. I would return to this same unit next time I am in Durango. Only things to note: Pool closes at 9pm Pillows are a bit hard (some like this so not necessarily bad just good to know)

Very well kept and relaxing

Nice location away from downtown. Place was very nice and comfortable. We had a little bit of a problem with the electrical outlets. A few had to have the cord "held in place" with something. It was a nice touch in the "kids" room to have classic books. There were Nancy Drew, Heidi and many more. :)

Beautiful and comfortable condo in a very nice neighborhood close to the downtown durango area. Home is very comfortable, has everything needed. The owners are great communicators and have everything needed. I would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family of 4

This unit was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 young boys! It was very clean and comfortable. You can hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit, but it didnā€™t really bother us. The location is great, very easy to get everywhere. We loved walking downtown and visiting the Powerhouse museum with the boys. A master bed that doesnā€™t sag in the middle and black out curtains would make this a 5 star place!

Very Nice, Cozy Unit

Great property, good floor plan, comfy furniture, nice decor, and quiet. My wife loved that all the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen were labeled. She also appreciated the amenities in kitchen and laundry (could use a pantry though). Pool was closed but we did use the hot tub. Would stay again. Thank you!

Convenient and well stocked

This is a good location that was convenient to Main Street in Durango. The condo was quiet, and had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of bath linens. The only downside was the thin blinds in both bedrooms that made the rooms as bright as day. We never got a good nightā€™s sleep the entire week. Some blackout blinds in both bedrooms would make the place a perfect retreat.
