"Oh boy...I greatly dislike writing negative reviews. While Chemainus is adorable, the location is fantastic and the exterior is a dream...this aint it. Mouldy drapes, a number of amenities were broken (electric fireplace, mouldy fridge), no wifi, questionably clean bedsheets. And (I have photos as proof) a white substance residue left on the counter next to the bed. I will say that the indoor jet tub was amazing! I swear I heard a cough below us at one point and noticed a little door that looked...

"I had a bit of an issue with the ac/heat unit. I called Alisha/Matt and they were able to assist me over the phone (a couple of times). I was grateful for their prompt response considering it was after hours. They were gracious and patient with me.."

"Street parking with resident pass was easy to find and safe. Room was clean, charming and well appointed. Guest laundry, guest kitchen, lovely sitting room. Close to everything. 20 minute walk to downtown with shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend for a quiet getaway."
