"Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

I was even able to throw my birthday party where we stayed up very late and we’re very loud and the host was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We are very grateful for this stay. The only complaint is that the water had a rotten egg smell that needs to be addressed."

"Rented this property for a family reunion for my husbands family to stay in (5 people). Provided a great location for them close to our home, where they could relax and have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Very reasonable cost. Being close to Tim’s II restaurant was a great perk as we were able to have family dinner for 11 people there with no issues. I would definitely rent this place again."
