"This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort."

"Our group consisted of 3 couples, all great friends. The views from this house are stunning. We absolutely loved having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains. "Great place and host was very accommodating. Just outside The main part of town but was able to do so much. Snowboarding a couple times, Snow mobile ride, good thai food and soaked in the hot springs (a little stinky though). Cabin had everything we needed (or could want) to make meals, coffee, etc. Beds were very cozy. Beautiful starry nights and amazing sun rises"

"This place is a little off the main road but extremely worth it once you’re there. The house is very comfortable to just lounge around all day in if you want but the best part is the outdoors. The creek and valley views are awesome - even better while relaxing in the hot tub. We had a blast staying at this house and would definitely do it again in the future!!!"

"We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is by far the best. This house is great for families that need space. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with necessities and the views are unbelievable. It’s a short drive to town and remote enough that you feel like you have gotten away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You will not regret choosing to stay here."

"We had a picture perfect Christmas in the most quaint but roomy cabin. Sayra was a very responsive and informative host always answering my questions. The cabin has all the necessities including a Christmas tree, abundance of games and DVDs, all the kitchen supplies you can imagine, etc etc. It’s the perfect location away from town but is easy and quick to get into Pagosa Springs. "The property was very nice and overall our stay was good. One problem is that the neighborhood was affected by a water main issue that lasted for a day. However, it appears the issue happened once before as well. I understand the water supply is out of the property management's control and the manager did organize the ability for us to use another rental's bathroom. But I would have expected a credit or some refund offered for our trouble, especially given the cost of the rental."
