"Very clean and up to date place. It is a hair tight but the decks make up for some of the smallness. I rated the place 5 stars because it is properly priced for what you get. Clean, everything you need etc. Just don't expect huge bathrooms. Properly manage is very attentive and responds usually within an hour. If you have a group of 4-5 adults - the place is perfect. "

"We had a few days on Duck key and were pleased with the property. The house was clean, no complaints. I didn’t see any pans for cooking, but overall the kitchen was functional. We were a bit short on bath towels, but we made it work. We would stay again. Thanks! "

"There are cute stone gate pillars as you enter the community to Duck Key off of Route 1. We only stayed one night en-route to Key West - but the condo was clean and comfortable. Great views out the sliding glass doors & from the screened in porch. Could use a paint job but clean and nice "

"Very nice place, charming and with an incredible ocean view. We stayed at the beach Cozzy cottage room, which is definitely the best option (view and location in the resort). Nice swimming pool and small bar. The bathroom is small and looks like a boat bathroom. Nice city with good restaurants and ocean activities. We enjoyed a jetski 2hours tour with A1. "
