Blender included. Two cots with bedding. Cabin sleeps a total of 9. Great riding for 4-wheelers or motorcycles. Just be sure to stay on dirt roads.

A $300 security deposit/fee will need to be paid within 72 hours of booking. 85% is refundable within 15 business days of checkout. 15% goes to Vrbo for their service fees for hosts to use deposit feature, and for management to do their walkthrough following guest’s departure. The 15% fee will be charged for ANY deposits or fees, because Vrbo fees are passed down to the host. This includes, but is not limited to any change of plans. Please take care of the property for your easy security deposit refund. Note, that if deposit isn’t paid by checkin date, the access code will not be released and refund for booking will not be given. Deposits are important to secure property and is mandatory.

Early checkins must be verified by host and are not always available. If an early checkin is requested and open, then an early checkin fee of $45 must be paid before access code is given. The soonest we can do early checkin’s is 2:00 pm (2 hours early). Fireplace is not to be used due to insurance reasons. Using it may result in lost deposit. Deposit may also be lost if more guests show up than the amount that was booked. Guests are considered guests whether they spend the night or not. If rules are not followed, host has the right to ask guests to vacate at any time with no refund of booking or deposit. Please be honest with the number of guests that will be at the cabin. Note that guest agrees to be present while using the dryer since timer does not alert. A mandatory pet fee of $50 per pet (2 pet’s total), per day will need to be paid within 24 hours of booking, along with a $250 pet deposit. 85% of deposit is refundable. 15% goes to vrbo for the use of their host deposit feature as well as to management for walkthrough following checkout. This property is for 30, or more days booked.

We only allow a 3 car minimum on property. Anymore than that will result in immediate dismissal from property with no refund. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. By booking this property, guest agrees to all the above.
