A newly updated apartment that is so homey. Just the right space for you alone or a small group of four. This home is bright with lots of color and ready for fun.
This space has a full kitchen, so that you can cook anything you would like. It has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. All the amenities of home.

Snacks, bottled water, internet, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN and Disney Plus await you in this cute little get away. You can kick back and have a relaxing night watching movies on your own 60` inch Smart TV.

Or you can take the day out sight seeing the beautiful mountainous and desert scenery that surround you. Within 20 minutes in all directions from this home, you will find beautiful scenery and hiking trails. Enjoy the beautiful Price Canyon, or the beautiful 9 mile canyon.
This home is Just 12 minutes away from Downtown Helper City, a magical step back in time. a must see while you are here.
There is a water park, a huge playground and even a free arcade for children in Price City, literally five to 10 minutes away. My grandkids love these things here.

Add your pet to your booking, and for a small cleaning fee, your furr babies can stay with you . Each pet does need approval from host. There will be treats, a water dish and food dish for them.

You have access to the full bottom floor of the home and the back and front yards. The only laundry facilities for the full home, is in your space. There may be other guests that want to use it. We will schedule a time that is good for you to allow that access, as they will walk through your kitchen space briefly.

Home is Located on Highway 10, so there are some neighbors with farms. There are also neighbors without farms. There is a home on both sides of this little getaway, however the backyard is very secluded. We have a patio that is currently getting an update. Something to keep in mind for future visits.

There is plenty of parking at this property for RV`s and smaller vehicles. We do ask that you please do not park in front of the garage as we need to get in there for routine maintenance of the home.

The upstairs of this home is a 2 bedroom Air bnb. If you would like access to both or think that a 2 bedroom may suit your needs more, please inquire for more details. If you would like both: it would be a three bedroom, two bath, two living rooms, and two kitchens. great for holiday entertaining, and leaving the mess to us.
It is a pleasure to host you. We thank you in advance for following the house rules and being respectful of the space.
We say yes to pets (please add them as a guest at check in, as there is a $45 per pet, cleaning fee for pets). Please note that you are responsible for any messes or damage to home, property or person caused by your pet inside or outside of the home. Please note that cats are to be crated at all times, while in the home, and wearing a pet diaper, as they spray and spray cannot be cleaned effectively. Dogs are to be crated at night and if left in the home alone. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Please clean up after their bathroom breaks, promptly. Potty Accidents may happen every once in a while, inside of the home, please clean that up promptly. Pets may make a lot of noise and do a lot of damage, when they are left unattended, please do not leave any pet unattended. If you have to leave them, they need to be crated. If your dog barks while you are gone, please arrange a sitter or take them with you, we have other guests, so please be mindful of them. Please also use a pet kennel, as often as possible, while inside of the home, and leashes, as often as possible, outside of home.
Please note that the number of guests allowed in this Cottage, for the price quoted. Each additional person is $45 per person, per night. If you book the reservation, in your name, you are responsible for all guest fees, damages, pet fees and damages, and extra guest fees.
There is no smoking in the home, or within 15 feet of the front or back doors. This includes vaping, E cigarettes and lighting a cigarette inside of the home to walk outside. Please smoke in the smoking station provided, IN THE BACK YARD. There are two blue chairs and a watering can, there for you. I do realize that there is a blue chair, and watering can in the front yard as well, but the smoking station is in the back yard and not the front. Please remove your own cigarette butts from the can and place them in the outside garbage receptacle.
Please be mindful of other guests with the noise that you may make after 10:00 pm.
For The Polka Dot Cottage The Mini Polka Dot Cottage, The Cottages and The Paisly Porch Cottage.....When parking, please do not block off the dirt driveway going into the back yard, as there is a roundabout in the backyard, that makes it easier to exit the driveway onto the busy street. If it is wet outside and you have a car, you may not want to attempt the roundabout to get out. It can get very muddy.
For The Loft with mountainous views...There is one parking space in the back and two in front of the house
