Apartment Mara - 2 bedroom 2 balconies, near Sunset beach, free parking

Apartment Mara is a modern 2 bedroom apartment located in Lapad bay very near Sunset beach and Lapad Bay promenade with restaurants bars and children playgrounds. All mayor hotels are located nearby as well as perfect Petka hill for a hike in the forest in the middle of the city. Apartment is fully equipped with provided private parking space. Upon request we provide baby cot and a high chair for children and try to make our guest feel like home which is our family 40 year tradition.
The space
Location of the house is in Dubrovnik residential and tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100meters from the house you can enjoy various beaches as well as perfect nature in the Petka hill (150 meters from the house). Many restaurants and bars are located in the area and the Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot).

Apartment located on the 2nd floor of the house and is is approx. 65 m2. Each of 2 bedrooms has its own bathroom and a TV with SAT and AC. Living room area is large combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. A sofa in the living room can easily be transformed into a double bed.

There are 2 balconies and for our guests to enjoy. Morning time north balcony is perfect for breakfast in the shade and afternoon east balcony is a place to hide form the summer heat.

Our guest found to be ideal for two couples becouse of privacy you have while staying together. 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies.....Also families with many children had a great time due to large folding sofa bed in the living room. Everybody had enough space and the beach was a hop away.
