"I would have given this property 4-5 stars except for the customer service. The fire alarms went off 3 times in our 2 night stay at approx 4am, 6pm, then again at 11pm. Other guests who stayed there tried to contact someone and had a very difficult time getting through. We never did receive an answer ..."

"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. "The furnace was not working properly. They brought blankets and 2 space heaters that didn’t work but opened up an adjacent rental room that had a fireplace which adequately heated our unit. The hot tub was excellent!"
