"Walking in, the smell was strong chlorine and … something else. Not sure if they were trying to “hide” other odors. We were greeted by two men. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. Kudos to both men: the younger showing much patience (I assume) and the older for willingness to learn something new. It was a little unnerving to hear a language I...

"Enormous bathroom. The jetted tub was amazing. Property was beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was kind of hard and the room could've been cleaner. Some dust and debris from not properly vacuuming. Overall, we'd stay here again."

"The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)"

"O Hotel é razoável, passei uma noite com minha filha após vir de um show em Chicago, nos colocaram em um quarto perto da piscina, super barulhento, acústica é pessima, e ainda tinha um frigobar no quarto que fazia um barulho enorme, ficava armando e desarmando a noite toda, o ar não funcionava, não tivemos uma boa noite. "

"Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay."

"We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

"Within 10 minutes of arrival we turned the heat on and the smoke detectors started going off with no smoke in or around the room and the staff wouldn’t answer the phone and we ended up having to stay somewhere else. Extremely disappointed"

"The jetted tub was everything and I know they wash them because I witnessed it. The balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are only stairs to the second floor and you get an actual key instead of a swipe card. I really just enjoyed the experience."

"The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful."

"Breakfast was low on protein other than yogurt and cream cheese. Coffee was good."
